Alan Wake 2 is likely to be released in October, according to the voice actor

Matthew Puretta, the voice actor for the title character in Alan Wake 2, recently spoke on the Monsters, Madness, and Magic Podcast. During the conversation, he mentioned that the game is currently set for an October release. While this is not an official confirmation, it does provide fans with a possible release time frame for the game.

Buretta also discussed his ongoing work on the game, referring to his recent trip to Finland where Remedy Entertainment, the developer behind the Alan Wake series, is based.

If the video hadn’t started by the time Alan Wake 2 was mentioned, it would be 16:43.

With a career spanning television, voice, and film roles, Puretta is best known for his work in productions such as Wings, Beverly Hills, 90210, and Robin Hood: Men in Tights. His voice acting credentials extend into the video game industry, providing the voice of Alan Wake in the original game, the character of Dr. Darling in Control.

Alan Wake 2, the sequel to Remedy Entertainment’s 2010 game Alan Wake, and its remastered 2021 version, is a survival horror game. The sequel aims to maintain the atmospheric tension and complex psychological story that were key elements of the original game.
