All the Victim’s attributes and abilities differ from each other, making each of them unique and strong in their own way. However, what attributes and perks you choose to focus on is essential to allowing the characters to reach their full potential. Julie may just be the best character for staying under the radar and escaping the Family’s grasp. Here’s how you can build her up properly so she excels in every match.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre Best Julie Build Guide

Julie is the most athletic of the Victim group, and her main ability allows her to avoid the Family’s detecting abilities, such as Johnny’s tracking and Cook’s hearing. She can become one of the very best characters to play because of this, but even more so when you build her up to maximize those talents. Take a look at what I found to be the best build options for her below:

Best Attributes for Julie in Texas Chainsaw Massacre

The Victim’s have more attributes than the Family does, and they can really help accentuate your character’s talents and allow them to survive more effectively. For Julie, you’ll want to really play in on her stealth and stamina since she can already be immune to tracking and can use less stamina with her ability.

You can level up attributes by gaining Attribute Points from the Skill Tree and placing them in the fields of your liking. These are the attributes I found most useful for Julie:

  • Stealth: Influences the Victim’s ability to perform various actions silently, as determined by the noise meter.
  • Endurance: Determines the Victim’s total stamina capacity, along with stamina drain and regen rate.
  • Toughness: Influences the Victim’s survivability rate, determining max health and incapacitation recovery.

Best Perks for Julie in Texas Chainsaw Massacre

Unlike the Family, the Victim don’t have unique perks meant specifically for them to improve their main ability, so you’re going to pick the best perks you can to accentuate Julie’s talents. By improving Julie’s stealth and stamina skills further, she can be almost untouchable and untraceable.

Remember, you can only equip three perks at a time, and you’ll need to unlock them from the Skill Tree, so choose wisely. You can also make several loadouts to try out different skills at any time, so, take a look at some of these perks that I found were the most effective:

  • Cover Recovery: Stamina recovery increased while using hiding spots or shadows.
  • Must Have Been the Wind: All noise generated when interacting with crawl spaces or while gathering items will be completely disregarded (limited charges).
  • Overlooked: When Grandpa’s sonar ability is active, you will remain undetected even if you are spotted (limited charges).
  • Sanguine Shadow: While staying still and hidden in hiding spots or shadows and below a certain percentage of health, you slowly heal a little of your health.
  • Second Wind: After being injured, you can recover stamina by avoiding damage for the next few seconds.
  • Jack in the Box: When leaving a hiding spot, you take less damage for a few seconds.
  • Cover Charge: Sprinting uses less stamina for a few seconds upon exiting a hiding spot you occupied for a least 5 seconds.

These are just some of the best attributes and perks that I found the most effective for Julie. However, you can mix and match any of the abilities above or try out a few different loadouts to find the best set for your play style. Julie is the best character to focus on Stealth builds, so try and use as many of these perks as you can for the best outcome.
