Bungie reveals missing Update 7.05 Patch Notes for Destiny 2

[ad_1]

in The series of tweetsBungie has unveiled the missing patch notes from Update 7.05 for Destiny 2, which address a variety of changes to the game that weren’t previously mentioned. The newly revealed information covers mods mods, sub-class perks, and issues with weapons.

Bungie has made it clear that when players equip both Ashes to Assets and Hands On mods, they will only get a Super Power from one of the mods, not both. Similarly, when Firepower and Heavy Handed are equipped, players will only spawn one power ball instead of two when killing an enemy with melee.

Changes have also been made to the Grenade Kickstart, which will no longer activate when engaging the engagement point without expending any grenade energy. Super gains from Ashes to Assets reduced by 50% when getting melee combat after grappling to melee point without expending any grenade energy. The new range for super gains is now between 0.5% and 2.5%.

The Allied Unraveling feature now allows players to get Unraveling Rounds for their Strand weapons without having to equip the Strand subclass. Heavy weapons have been modified to increase ammo capacity more consistently. Additionally, Bungie has addressed an issue with the Fighting Lion weapon, which was incorrectly leveraging the Void Holster mod, and the Cruel Language gun now properly activates the Void tool’s perks.

Certain maneuver weapons weren’t contributing to Arsenal’s victory in Dark Age, but that issue was fixed. Progress now comes from the main chest, not the primary chest. Warlock Exotic Swarmers will now correctly create Threadlings when a tangle is thrown and the player has a bomb in the pipeline. Hunter armor’s Thunderhead Grips skin can now be unlocked using composite weave. Finally, fall damage has been made non-lethal for players, similar to the current non-fatal collision damage.
