Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn Goes Gold, PC Specs and 20-Minutes of Gameplay Revealed

Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn has gone gold, meaning it should be ready for release on July 18. Developer A44 (Ashen) has also released the game’s PC specs and 20-minutes of raw gameplay footage.

The upcoming “Souls-Lite” fantasy action game stars elite soldier Nor Vanek and her furry fox-like companion Enki on a vengeful quest to kill the gods of their world. She has an arsenal of melee, guns, and magic that can be chained together to create elegant combo attacks. Venek also has special travel abilities to navigate a world besieged by angry angels.

We last saw Flintlock at the Xbox Games Showcase a few weeks ago, but you can check out 20 minutes of new gameplay footage in the video below. Set at a later point in the game, the synopsis adds context to the piece: “Join Nor and Enki as they prepare to step into the desert of Wanderer’s Rest to face the personal guard of the god Dukmar. An entire army is on the hunt. Neither she, nor all her skills, will be needed to reach her final destination – the city of Sibyl, where the gods truly live. She hopes the motives will eventually be revealed.”
