Genshin Impact’s A Parade of Providence event runs from April 27, 2023, to May 15, 2023, and features an exciting Interdarshan Competition in Sumeru. Participate to get amazing rewards, including a free Faruzan.
During the event, you can participate in six Gala Booths representing each Darshan. The Amurta Darshan’s booth is called Mimetic Replication, which involves controlling an animal to collect coins in a rhythm game—one of my favorite Genshin mini-game formats!
How to play Mimetic Replication in A Parade of Providence event – Genshin Impact
You can access the Rhythm Calibration mini-game after completing the Event Quest with the same name. A Mimetic Replication icon will appear north of Sumeru City, indicating the location of the booth. Speak to Paz to initiate the mini-game.
Rhythm Calibration (adjust for device lag)
Upon starting, you can pick an animal to replicate and will have the option for Rhythm Calibration. This is optional and will not matter if your device runs Genshin perfectly. However, if you have a laggy device, you can calibrate lag so that the animal acts with a delay that matches your device.
Adjust the Calibration Value on the bottom left of the screen and try playing the game. There is no universal Calibration Value—we encourage you to adjust it until the rhythm feels right for your device. My device can run Genshin Impact smoothly, so I was able to retain a “0” Calibration Value. If yours has no issues either, then you can skip this step entirely.

Begin Replication
While Mimetic Replication is advertised as a rhythm game, it’s actually just a simple coin collection mini-game. You will control an animal that keeps running, and your goal is to collect all the coins that appear on the map. Click the jump button to get the low coins and the Elemental Skill button to get the high coins. To time your jumps correctly, listen to the rhythm and make a move in the beat closest to the coin.
