Honkai: Star Rail is an RPG where players can Warp (pull) for characters and Light Cones (weapons) to deploy in battle. Much like other gacha games, including HoYoverse’s Genshin Impact, Tears of Themis, and Honkai Impact 3, Star Rail has multiple banners, some of which rotate every few weeks. If you’re interested in planning out your next five-star pull, here are all the current and upcoming banner schedules!
The Honkai Star Rail banner is available at the game launch. In Honkai, this banner is called the Honkai Star Rail Departure Warp banner and is created mainly for new players.
Honkai: Star Rail’s current limited banner, Swirl of Heavenly Spear, runs from April 26 to May 17, 2023. It features the following characters on rate-up. I recommend pulling for Seele, as not only is she a great character, but her talent allows her to take an extra turn after defeating an enemy.

As Star Rail is currently in the final closed beta, update-based leaks have yet to spread. With that said, the upcoming limited banners are currently unknown, and it’s also uncertain whether the beta will continue running beyond March 10. If it does, some players speculate that the following characters may appear in the limited banner:
- Kafka – The Nihility: Lightning
- Silver Wolf – The Nihility: Quantum
- Luocha – The Abundance: Imaginary

Honkai: Star Rail Beginner & Standard Banner | Stellar Warp | Departure Warp
Star Rail’s standard banner (Stellar Warp) runs indefinitely, containing a fixed lineup of characters and Light Cones that never go on rate-up. It shares the same character and Light Cone pool as the beginner banner (Departure Warp), and both don’t allow you to target a specific five-star at pity.
