This chain of upgrade materials is dropped by Hilichurl Rouges. You can find either Anemo Hilichurl Rouges or Hydro Hilichurl Rouges in the Gavireh Lajavard Desert Region. Refer to the map above for precise locations. A Flower Yet to Bloom is a two-star rarity material that can be combined at an Alchemy table into the three-star Treasured Flower, which will subsequently combine into the four-star Wanderer’s Blooming Flower. Defeating Hilichurl Rouges at higher levels will award you with more rare components.

Hilichurl Rouges are elite enemies generally found by themselves, though they can occasionally be found at Hilichurl camps. They each can use elemental attacks of their respective element. They can also use slimes to fight you. If an Anemo Hilichurl Rouge uses a Slime to rise in the air, you can use a ranged attacker to shoot the slime down. A Hydro Hilichurl Rouge may use a slime to try and shoot mist bubbles at you. Pop this slime to flip the attack back at the Hilichurl Rouge.

What are A Flower Yet to Bloom, Treasured Flowers, and Wanderer’s Blooming Flowers used for in Genshin Impact?

Currently, this chain of materials is only used to ascend weapons. If you decide to pull Baizhu’s signature five-star weapon, Jadefall’s Splendor, from the Gacha pool, you’ll need this material to upgrade it.
