Using your compass, travel between the North and North East direction till you encounter some Sea Beast. Defeat them and move in the North direction to find the World Scroll sitting inside a shrine in the middle of the ocean. Collect it and return to Reverse Mountain Island. Hand over the Scroll to the Monkey, and the animal will open the gates to the Second Sea.
