In their announcement, Roblox advised players who have migrated or wish to change their account denomination to a different currency to contact their support team. The message stated: “If you have moved around and would like to change the denomination of your Roblox account to a different currency, or if you are having any other issues with redeeming a Roblox Gift Card, please contact us at www.roblox.com/support. “
The region lock policy may lead to confusion and frustration for some users, especially those who have collected gift cards in different currencies or frequently participate in international events.
