This weekend, the Arizona Cardinals will play their last preseason game.

They play the Tennessee Titans on the road Saturday evening.

Except for a few young players, they don't plan to play their starters in this preseason.

That includes a new addition as well.

The Cardinals got Cody Ford, an offensive lineman, from the Buffalo Bills in exchange for a fifth-round draught pick in 2023.

They did this because their offensive line lacks depth.

On Wednesday, when the team practised with the Titans, he lined up at left guard with the first-team offence instead of Justin Pugh, who has a neck injury.

Since he just joined the team, he is likely to play in the Saturday game.

“We want to get him a comfort level playing in our system and just how we operate and the tempo of things,” head coach Kliff Kingsbury told reporters Thursday.

“So I expect him to play a little bit.”
