Where to Buy High Tensile Spidroin From in Starfield
After searching forever for High-Tensile Spidroin, I managed to acquire it from the UC Exchange shop in Cydonia, the major city of planet Mars in the SOL star system. I suggest you fast-travel to this location and visit the shop located next to the medical facility. Ask Devin Averin that you want to trade and look for High-Tensile Spidroin under the Resources section of his inventory.
This item costs 58 credits and has a mass value of 1.30. Let me add that the items in a shopkeeper’s store in Starfield may vary each time you visit them. Although I didn’t find High-Tensile Spidroin in the stores on New Atlantis and Neon, I suggest you visit them as other players have found it there as well.

What is High Tensile Spidroin used for?
High-Tensile Spidroin is a resource that you may require while upgrading your gear at the Spacesuit Workbench and Weapon Workbench. For instance, this material is needed to install the Heavy Shielded mod on your spacesuit.
