Last week, the Joker was announced as the first new fighter to join the Multiverse. The reveal is purely cinematic, but today’s new trailer shows off his gameplay.
The video not only gives fans a sample of actor Mark Hamill’s new voice lines, but also reveals that the Joker has an alternate costume modeled after The Batman Who Laughs. The video features unique dialogue interactions between the Joker and his longtime sidekick, Harley Quinn.
The multiverse has other new characters that will be revealed over time. After a long hiatus since the open beta ended last year, the game will return in an improved form on May 28.
