Famitsu has released its estimated physical game software data for Japan for the two weeks spanning April 22, 2024 to May 5, 2024.
star sword for PlayStation 5 was the best-selling new release, with 67,131 copies sold over the two-week period. was followed by Eiyuden Chronicle: One Hundred Heroeswhich opened with 46,729 sales for Switch and 19,434 sales for PlayStation 5, for a total of 66,163 initial retail sales.
In terms of hardware, the Switch family sold 100,038 units, the PlayStation 5 family sold 49,534 units, the Xbox Series family sold 5,335 units, and the PlayStation 4 family sold 202 units.
