the thieves A sci-fi looter shooter from developer and publisher Small Impact Games Team 17will officially release a new United Allies update next week on April 25, 2023. The update will contain affinity sound, new cosmetics, equipment, and many more ships.

the thieves It received much praise despite comparisons to Escape from Tarkov, which is another shooter that has been on the ground for a few years. The developers have added a neat sci-fi twist, and the combat is broadly satisfying.
Applying gritty and rugged visuals to futuristic space battles is a proven formula, creating urgency and better effect in every raid. The gameplay loop also feels more fluid, as players can upgrade and command their ships. This creates more immersion and really sells the pirate theme.
Unfortunately, there just wasn’t a lot of content, and updates like this will play a huge role in the success of the game leading to its full launch. Events were very slow, so it was difficult for developers to continually renew interest as casual players lose investment over time.
Today’s trailer is mostly cinematic and doesn’t reveal much about the new update. However, the upcoming update will obviously bring a lot of new content. There will be many new ships, including different turrets, so that the pilot will not be superfluous.
Proximity Voice is probably the highlight of the update, which enhances the game’s realism and encourages tactical gameplay. Since the update is too ambitious to the thievesThere will definitely be some technical issues to work out, but this is definitely a step in the right direction.
