SEGA has released a new trailer, information and screenshots of Super Monkey Ball: Banana Rumble featuring playable characters and game customization.

Playable characters
- AiAi – The chimpanzee commander of the group, carefree and complete. When he’s not busy playing, AiAi loves to relax and enjoy a delicious banana, two or three.
- MeeMee – Always positive, kind-hearted and trustworthy. MeeMee is the heart of the team who is always ready to help those in need. Its ability to stop in an instant makes it ideal for the most complicated routes.
- Baby – Very intelligent for his age, Baby is a brilliant monkey who uses his agile size and quick reflexes to tackle complicated courses.
- gongon – A former rival, now AiAi’s best friend training to become the strongest ape in the world. Using his incredible power, he can break through all obstacles and opponents who dare to stand in his way.
- YanYan – Furiously fast and brave, but a little timid, this fun-loving lemur is a martial arts expert who was trained by her father, the world’s strongest ape.
- Doctor – A fool known for his crazy inventions, nothing, not even amnesia, can stop this super intelligent ape. His experience in Spin Dash will leave all of his opponents as stunned as he looks.
- Pallette – The newest member of the group, Palette, is an adventurer who meets AiAi and the gang and convinces them to join her on a journey to find the legendary banana. His lightning-fast speed and turning abilities help her create shortcuts and clear courses at a breakneck pace.
In Adventure mode, players will also meet Fes, Tee and Val, members of the infamous Gala family and treasure hunters with a penchant for searching for rare and valuable artifacts. The trio has set their sights on the relics that AiAi and her gang are working tirelessly to collect, in an epic race to locate the greatest treasure of all: the legendary banana.
Customization galore
Super Monkey Ball: Banana Rumble features a wealth of customization items for players to choose from, with over 300 items ready to unlock, including hats, clothing, accessories, and even your monkey balls. Many of these items can be purchased from the in-game store using points earned by playing regularly, either locally or online.
Additionally, those who play Online Battle Mode against random opponents can earn a daily bonus through Lucky Monkey Lottery. This virtual capsule machine allows players to extract a single ball containing one of dozens of unique items, with more items to be added in the future. Even special seasonal items are planned, with exciting surprises planned throughout the year.
Finally, when you’re ready to make a statement, try the game’s Photo mode to take a photo and show off your style with friends.
Super Monkey Ball: Banana Rumble It will be released for Switch on June 25.
