Ubisoft recently released the cinematic intro and developer introduction video for their upcoming free-to-play survival shooter, Tom Clancy’s The Division Heartland. The game takes place in the picturesque Central American town of Silver Creek, which has been infected with a mysterious and deadly virus.

The introductory video takes players to the idyllic town of Silver Creek, where they are introduced to Division Agent Mackenzie Reid. Originally from Kansas, Reid was stationed in Boston before arriving in Silver Creek in search of her rogue former captain, Killian Tower. As the virus spreads and corpses pile up, Red finds herself uncovering a sinister plot involving rogue Squad agents and a new strain of toxin that threatens to spread beyond Silver Creek.

Players can look forward to a dynamic gaming experience in Tom Clancy’s The Division Heartland. The game allows players to explore and complete missions during the day, encounter enemy factions and scavenge for materials and supplies. As night falls, the stakes increase as new enemies emerge, and players must contend with deadly contamination, rogue NPCs, and increasingly hostile players.

The Division Heartland will feature cross-play and cross-progression on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, allowing players to form a team and customize their agents’ skills, outfits, and gear. As players progress through the game, they will unlock new abilities, map areas, and important functions in their base of operations (BOO).

Those interested in participating in future closed beta exams can register at The official website of the game. Tom Clancy’s The Division Heartland promises an immersive and exciting gaming experience that will continue to evolve and expand, introducing new gameplay, agents, stories, challenges, and areas of the map for players to explore.
