Vanillaware, The Dev Behind 13 Sentinels, Announces Tactical Fantasy RPG Unicorn Overlord

[ad_1]

Vanillaware released 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim in 2020 and it was a bit of a sleeper hit. However, the team is also behind other games like Dragon’s Crown and Odin’s Sphere. Now, Vanillaware has announced Unicorn Overlord, a new tactical fantasy RPG, and it will launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4 as a digital-only game, and on Switch on March 8.

During today’s Nintendo Direct, the team announced this new game with a trailer showcasing its variety of characters, unique art style, and tactical gameplay. And perhaps surprisingly, it looks great.
