The first downloadable content ever for Avatar: Pandora’s Borderstitled “The Sky Breaker,” will be released on July 16, publisher Ubisoft and developer Massive Entertainment announced.

The first story pack for Avatar: Pandora’s Borders, “The Sky Breaker,” will be available on July 16. The Sky Breaker sees a mysterious shadow looming in the sky, threatening the Na’vi clans below who are celebrating their great gaming festival. To protect the Western Border, you must confront the GDR once again and save your allies.
In “The Sky Breaker,” you will continue your Na’vi journey begun in the main game, this time to The Heart of the Plains, a yet-to-be-discovered area of the Upper Plains. Here, familiar biomes have blossomed into stunning new variations, while other environments like Prism Fields, Feathered Grasslands, Stone Rapids, and more are brand new!
As you explore the Heart of the Plains, you’ll encounter a new enemy archetype, the AMP Defender, protecting key installations with its indestructible shield and top-mounted Gatling gun. You’ll also find new GDR lieutenants, whose AMP suits provide increased firepower and better protection, at each of the GDR command stations.
Finally, you’ll be able to participate in timed challenges during the Games Festival, level up to Master Craftsman with the new Legendary Rarity Tier, and progress to Rank 25 with new ways to spend Skill Points.
There is no better time to jump in Avatar: Pandora’s Borders! Since launch, the team has remained committed to listening to player feedback and implementing as many improvements as possible. Some highlights of the latest updates to the title include: a 40 frames per second quality mode on Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5, Intel XeSS Super Sampling enabled on PC, adjusted combat difficulty, Motion Aiming with the PlayStation 5 controller DualSense and much more.
