Publisher Behavior Interactive and developer Supermassive Games have released the first gameplay trailer and screenshots of Dead by daylight single player cinematic horror game Frank Stone Casting.
“The world of The Entity is like a book with infinite pages,” Behavior Interactive senior creative director Dave Richard said in a press release. “With a completely different setting, different gameplay and more, Frank Stone Casting It’s a way to fill those pages and tell a person Dead by daylight history in a way we have never been able to do before.”
Supermassive Games Executive Producer Traci Tufte added: “In true Supermassive Games fashion, we are creating an immersive, fast-paced experience for all players. “This is a story that aims to deliver the unexpected at every turn, and it all begins in a small town with a group of young filmmakers filming their independent horror film, Murder Mill.”

The story centers on four friends who set out to make their mark on horror cinema in the summer of 1980. Unknowingly, what they capture with their 8mm camera will unleash the unthinkable. Throughout the game, players must test their resolve and wits by solving environmental puzzles, making impossible decisions, and reacting to Quick Time Events while searching for clues that hide the bigger picture.
Frank Stone Casting will be released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC via Steam and epic games store in 2024.
