Gunbrella is exactly what it sounds like; You shoot enemies with an umbrella gun. This is the second action title from Gato Roboto developer Donksoft, and we know it’s coming on September 13th.
The new trailer offers a new look at Gunbrella’s explosive, retro-inspired action. Players control a woodsman on a quest to avenge his wife’s death, players use his armored umbrella to blast enemies or as a platforming device. For example, you can use an umbrella to glide, swing, or slide around steps, among other uses.
We went hands-on with Gunbrella’s Steam demo and walked away impressed. You can watch us spin it in the new Gameplay Today episode.
Gunbrella will be available on Switch and PC.
