Introducing unique enemies
Face an increasing variety of enemies as the story progresses!
Go toe-to-toe against Sumo Maton as he hurls enemies at you!
Sumo Mutton wreaks havoc on the battlefield by throwing any unit in range – friend or foe!
Marvel at the beautiful guard geisha as she fends off your ranged, melee and skill attacks!
The protected geisha is ready to repel any direct attack with her stylish and useful umbrella!
Find Slimy Shinobi as he sends copies of himself across the battlefield!
Slimy Shinobi will stealthily create copies of himself on the battlefield to confuse you!
Test your mettle with a variety of powerful enemies waiting for you!
Enjoy a wide range of interactive theater elements
The stages are also filled with unique interactive elements!
Make your way through different stages using gameplay elements like surveillance cameras that summon enemies if you step into their line of sight, or elevators that move parts of the stage up and down when you press a switch!
You can use some items to get the upper hand in battle, such as Dash Squares that allow you to jump across elevated parts of the stage or Explosive Barrels that explode powerfully after receiving a set amount of damage!
Step back from fighting to charge!
Don’t lose your head in the heat of battle! Play it cool like a real fake thief!
If a character takes no action during battle, at the end of your turn that character will start attacking!
During your next turn, they’ll be powered up and ready for action!
Position yourself carefully to attract enemies and get paid for smart play!
Each character’s charge has different effects, so be sure to try them all!
Everyone can equip their sub-character!
All Phantom Thieves can equip a sub-character!
Equipping a sub-character will raise that character’s stats! You can also use that character’s unique and inherited skills!
Not only do sub-characters have active skills that you can use SP to activate, but they also have passive support skills that automatically activate in battle!
Find the perfect character and sub-character group!
Craft new weapons in the Velvet Room!
The Velvet Room has a new service! In addition to the usual character fusions, you’ll be able to combine two characters to create a weapon!
You can combine certain characters to create new unique weapons. These weapons are superior to what you can buy in the store!
This will give you the advantage of creating many different weapons, so be sure to use this feature often!
Savor challenging victories on high difficulty levels!
When playing on Hard or higher difficulty levels, the power of enemy attacks will increase as well as their HP, and your attacks can now hit your party members too!
If you don’t pay attention when using ranged attacks, you may find that your party members have low health without the enemy even touching you!
However, you can retry as many times as you want! Test different strategies!
