Warsaw-based developer Triple Espresso has announced City Cup, “the first football tycoon game” for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC (Steam, Epic Games Store). It will be launched in 2025.

In this high-stakes football event management game, you are in charge of the stadium and infrastructure of an entire city. Oversee the entire match preparation process with full decision-making authority, plan routes, take care of logistics and prepare for the arrival of clubs and their fans. But be careful, as each city, party and club has its own unique needs and characteristics. Stay alert and overcome challenges under time pressure to make sure the football party runs smoothly.
Your ability to orchestrate the logistical and emotional aspects of a football event will determine its success. Prepare the game, prepare the city and let’s see if you have what it takes to create memorable emotions on the field!
Real cities, real clubs, real challenges
Host football events in three real-world cities, recognizable by their landmarks. It begins in Warsaw, Poland, with two more locations to be revealed soon. You will invite two of the six licensed football clubs to the city, a diverse and elite selection, including Arsenal FC, FC Bayern München and CR Flamengo. They come with unique colors, chants, characteristics and fan behaviors to create an authentic atmosphere. But nothing comes easy. It is necessary to guarantee both the safety and enjoyment of spectators, taking into account the challenges that each club entails.

Make the city surrender little by little to the irresistible charm of the football festival. It’s only up to you and your decisions to give people emotions that will culminate with the first whistle, but make sure that even city residents who are not part of the event have a good experience. Keep in mind that beyond meticulous planning and logistics, the true heart of organizing a football event lies in the emotions that occur during the game. Make it fun for everyone.
