XSEED Games and Marvelous Europe to publish a supernatural life simulation game Moonlight Peaks in North America and Europe, respectively. It will start for PC via Steam in 2026. A demo is currently available.
“We are always looking for projects that offer our audience diverse new titles with our independent publishing efforts, but this time we have found a project that is much closer to home,” said XSEED Games executive vice president Kenji Hosoi in a statement from press. “Moonlight Peaks “It’s an otherworldly combination given our deep experience with the life and farming simulation genre, and we look forward to working with the Little Chicken team to bring their game and our fans to life.”
Little Chicken Game Company President Yannis Bolman added: “Partnering with Marvelous and their group of companies for a global launch was an opportunity we were excited to take on. As pioneers in the agricultural and life simulation genre with History of the seasons and then him rune factory series, we were thrilled to be invited to be part of their family. About
Moonlight Peaks takes place in its titular city, home to vampires, werewolves, mermaids, and other supernatural inhabitants who mostly come out at night, where the unnatural is the norm. As an adult descendant of Count Dracula, players will have to prove to their skeptical father that a compassionate (un)life is possible, even for the undead. As players design their perfect vampire lair and learn the art of growing magical crops and witchcraft, they’ll meet the eclectic mix of human and supernatural residents who also call Moonlight Peaks home—and maybe even find their eternal love!
